WIP Tracker
WIP Tracker is a combination of hardware and software that directly connect to your equipment so you can literally see and track the precise details of any job, at any specific point in production, down to the second: dates, times, machines, speeds, operators, overall equipment efficiency, and even the exact material details.
This integrates equipment and processes to give you a clear picture of what is happening on your manufacturing floor so that at any point, with a click of a button, you can see who ran what job, with what material, on which machine and what variables might have impacted their production. WIP Tracker provides contextual data and reporting to allowing manufacturers to better analyze the aspects of their work in progress, available at any time, from any device.
Sandbox Server
A “Sandbox” is a second license of CartonERP running on a cloud server for the purpose of testing new features and training new users. Users can “play” in the sandbox without making errors on your live site. You will have a fully functioning Linux server running in the cloud deployed with a full copy of your software. The sandbox is updated with our latest “Beta test code” so that new features are available for review.
The database is not test data, but rather a set of your very own data that gets refreshed with an automated task that reoccurs for your convenience. Although this does not take the place of a proper backup, there is peace of mind knowing that there is full system installed and configured on the cloud server with a copy of your database from the last scheduled task, that you would be able to jump to this system in the event your current system was unavailable.

We have automated the tracking of corrective action tasks related to communication and procedures by tying the reports directly into processes like procurement, estimating and production. This new functionality is beneficial for both customer and supplier-facing corrective actions as well as internal corrective actions, including those related to safety.
